Payments and transaction records
This version uses Waffo hosted checkout for live payments. It does not collect full card details, maintain a purchase-transaction database or query our servers to validate payments. Reports are generated in your browser.
Waffo handles information entered in its hosted checkout under its own policies. We do not transmit political answers, scores or religion filters to Waffo. The link sends only the store, product, currency and a return address with a random reference. Card details and security codes are entered only in the provider’s checkout, not stored by this app.
The sessionStorage key 12axes:waffo-live keeps a random reference, result URL and profile, store and product identifiers and timestamps in this tab. A checkout attempt expires after 2 hours; download access expires after 24 hours. Data may remain until replaced, cleared or the browser ends the tab session. It is not a verified payment receipt or order history. The local-data clear button also removes this key.
Support emails may contain transaction details you provide. We use that information to respond and resolve the request; do not include full card numbers. For questions or requests concerning that information, email [email protected].
Scope of this notice
This notice describes this edition’s implementation at 12-axes.com. It does not describe other applications named 12 Axes or external sites reached through links.
The test does not require an account, name or email. The current implementation does not send individual answers to a scoring API. Scoring happens in your browser. We use Google Analytics for website usage statistics, as described below.
What stays on this device
Your browser may store language (12axes-lang), theme (12axes:quiz-theme), quiz progress (12axes-progress) and the last result with answers for editing (12axes-last-result). This uses localStorage, not a cloud account.
When reading saved data, the app treats progress as stale after 7 days and the last result as stale after 30 days. This does not guarantee automatic physical deletion: data may remain in storage until replaced or cleared.
Use the clear-data control below or your browser’s site-data controls. Clearing this data removes the ability to resume or edit answers saved in this browser.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZP3LE9MKG0) to understand visits and website usage. The service may use cookies and receive technical browser and device information, usage events and pages visited.
The app configuration removes query strings and fragments from page_location and page_referrer and uses the generic title 12 Axes. We do not add individual answers, axis percentages or religion filters to analytics event parameters. Result-page analytics records generic actions such as link clicks, clipboard use, image or CSV export, report printing, comparison and answer-editor use. It records the action type, format, stage, section and app language, not profile names, answers, scores, pasted links or religion values. We also measure checkout starts, matched success returns, PDF print/export attempts and a per-checkout deduplicated export count. These are browser signals, not verified payments or confirmation that a PDF was saved. Only fixed report type, provider, environment, listed price and currency are added; no checkout reference, receipt identifier or result data is sent. These payment events are not sent from localhost or preview hosts. Deduplication flags stay in the checkout session key. Ad-personalization signals are disabled in this configuration.
These statistics are processed by Google and are subject to its policies. You can manage cookies and tracking protections in your browser or consult the Google Analytics opt-out tool. The local-data button below removes app keys, not cookies or records held by Google.
Hosting and external destinations
Hosting receives ordinary page and asset requests, which may include IP address, time, browser and URL. Local processing does not imply network anonymity. Consult the hosting provider’s policy for its practices.
Opening an external link takes you to a separate site and its own policies. Email contact uses your email provider. Ordinary NavSprout and AINavly links do not include result scores.
